We try hard to make sure that children are given a pleasant introduction to dentistry. We have facilities to make their visit interesting and enjoyable (See Children at Ashwater).

Like adults, we only see children privately as quality dentistry, care and advice is just as important for children as adults. We have the time to put preventive dentistry into practice.

If your child does need treatment they will be seen by experienced dentists and white fillings will be provided. For advice sheets for children see the pregnancy and children section of Dental advice.

We like to see children for their first check-up at the age of two. They should have all their baby (deciduous) teeth by then.
